Terms of Service

1Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GEOGLE AI Platform ("Platform"), including its dashboards, visibility tracking tools, brand intelligence reports, content strategy engine, competitor benchmarking, reports, audits, alerts, recommendation systems, website, onboarding portals, and platform integrations. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. By registering, you affirm that all account information provided is accurate and complete. Your login credentials are confidential, and you are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

3Platform Usage

• You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the Platform's source code.
• You agree not to use the Platform in any way that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality.
• Resale, sublicensing, or redistribution without express permission is prohibited.

4User Data and Content

• By submitting brand, business, or personal data, you grant GEOGLE AI the right to process and analyze this data strictly for Platform services.
• You retain all rights to content you provide, but GEOGLE AI may use and generate analytics, trend reports, and anonymized industry benchmarks in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data and content submitted.

5Intellectual Property

• All Platform content, features, and functionality (except user-submitted content) are owned by or licensed to GETO SDN. BHD.
• Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

6Fees and Payments

• Use of the Platform may require payment of fees per subscription or transactional model as described during onboarding.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7Privacy and Security

• Use of the Platform is subject to the Privacy Policy, which details personal and business data handling under Malaysian PDPA.
• You acknowledge and agree to automated processing, analytics, and storage of brand data for service provision.
• We implement industry-standard security; however, no system is completely secure.

8Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public strategic, technical, and business information exchanged.
• Disclosure is permitted only as required by law or with prior written consent.

9Third-Party Services

• The Platform may integrate or interoperate with third-party tools, including AI models, analytics services, hosting providers, and payment processors.
• GEOGLE AI is not liable for the availability, performance, or security of third-party services.

10Modifications and Availability

• GEOGLE AI reserves the right to update, change, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Material changes to the Terms will be communicated via email and/or dashboard notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• GEOGLE AI does not guarantee error-free operation, AI output accuracy, or uninterrupted Platform access.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, GEOGLE AI's liability for any damages is limited to the amount paid (if any) for Services in the 12 months prior to the claim.

12Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time; upon termination, access to the Platform is revoked.
• GEOGLE AI may suspend or terminate access for violation of Terms, non-payment, or legal/regulatory reasons.
• Data retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy timelines.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

By using GEOGLE AI, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and accept these Terms. If you use GEOGLE AI on behalf of an organization, you affirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
